Ice Carving Competitions

Ice sculpting competitions are hosted throughout the winter months locally in the US and internationally in places like Russia, China, Japan, Poland, Italy, Canada and so many more! Sculptors compete individually or in teams with an allotted amount of ice and time typically outdoors or in a temperature controlled environment. Judges critique each sculpture at the conclusion and calculate placements based on multiple categories. Once the scores are tallied you find out the winner(s). Ice sculpting competitions are a great way to push your skill sets, experiment with intricate designs that we would not typically create for a client. They push the boundary of what is truly capable in ice and create lifelong memories and friendships all across the world!

Thus far in my ice journey, I have traveled to compete in Colorado, New York, New Jersey, Vermont, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Alaska, Canada and Poland with other destinations on the horizon!
